[geovrml] doctor's degree

I received this message from someone looking for advice on GIS research. I
tried to reply but his mail server is blocking all mail from our server for
some reason. So I thought I'd pass his query on to the GeoVRML list in case
any GIS people here want to respond to him.

Thanks,

Martin.
