Scaling

Hi Lee, everybody,

I'm just looking at the Issues section for the working group and i have a quick question.

I assume that at a starting point of 100km up, somewhere within the browser window will be a scale bar that automatically re-scales as the individual moves through LOD's

Otherwise it could be like giving a Martian a photograph of the Empire State and saying " How Big's That " :-)
